Presents "the saga of two Fillmore county (Minn.) lads": the author (then living at Eureka,Mont.) and Hans I. Olston (then of Lake Preston, S.D.) Olston, son of Iver Olson, emigrated with his family from Supellen, Balestrand, 1861; they were pioneer farmers near Lake Preston from 1884. Hans was a businessman there from 1886, a banker from 1890.
